| Description: | Were looking for a mature individual who is willing to utilize computer skills to create and maintain manufacturing control plans. You will also be asked to train the production associates on the MCPs and audit to verify they are using the MCPs. Using other skills and knowledge, you will need to observe problems and implement solutions to those problems, and influence others around you to follow those new processes youve created. This is a position that will potentially offer growth rewards depending on your performance.
Objectives & Measures:
Ascertain systemic gaps in the production procedures.
Required to generate, maintain, and improve manufacturing control plans.
Performance will be measured on Plant Scrap, Returns, Rework, MRBs, and Balanced Score Card Goals.

| Duties: | Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing control plans;
Performs Internal Process Audits;
Opens and follows through with Corrective Actions;
Teaches Machine Operators quality guidelines;
Performs Internal Quality Audits;
Monitors Quality on all parts being produced and communicates with appropriate staff members and with customers when necessary to ensure excellence in quality;
Submits maintenance requests to have machines and auxiliary equipment repaired when necessary;
Submits Tooling Control reports to have molds repaired or improved when necessary;
Reading blueprints on parts to determine the part specifications;
Perform 1st Article Inspections

| Qualifications: | Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
Must have good computer skills;
Must have strong analytical skills;
Must learn how to read part blueprints;
Must understand root cause and corrective action methods;
Must have basic understanding of statistical methods
