| Duties: | - Provides leadership of a mid-sized growing graphic design group.
- Chief Executive Officer responsibilities including:
- Develops business plan and leads the execution of the plan.
- Manages team of professionals.
- Develops budgets and works within those budgets.
- Creates high level presentations to C-level marketing professionals.
- Develops high-level strategic proposals and marketing communication plans.
- Develops, sells, and executes integrated marketing/advertising programs to clients of all sizes and utilizing the best mediums for getting the best ROI for each marketing dollar spent.
- Responsible for growth of agency top line revenue and EBITA.

| Qualifications: | - Requires five years experience (minimum) working as the Senior Account Lead for a reputable ad agency or marketing firm with a proven track record of success in this position.
- Must possess a clear understanding of multiple advertising, marketing, and online mediums including graphic design, print, web design, online advertising (banner, pay-per-click, etc.), search engine optimization (SEO), and mobile websites and applications.
- Experience as CEO, COO, GM, or VP of client services for an ad agency is a plus.
