| Description: | Oversees and directs the Human Resources department for Pro-Mark Inc. including but not limited to recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits, associate relations, safety and legal compliance, as well as overseeing daily cash management. |

| Qualifications: | - 5-10 years' experience in a HR position
- Previous leadership experience required
- Data analysis and advanced spreadsheet abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in HR or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
