| Description: | The Creative Director (CD) is responsible for the overall supervision of the agency's creative product (both design and copy). The CD interfaces with the client, the Account Executive (AE), and other "creative" at Fluid. The CD is responsible for helping formulate and implement the strategic marketing plan that has been developed and interpreting it into "the big idea." The CD helps assign all creative projects among the agency staff and bringing in outside vendors as required. Most of all, the CD has a vision about the importance of the creative product to the future success of the agency |
| Duties: | - Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio
- Proven track record for "selling" creative at client presentations and can articulate and explain the importance of branding and aesthetics
- Proven track record of representing the agency at creative/professional/civic functions and networking to bring additional work into the agency
- Proven track record of managing other designers and helping them visualize, experiment with, and pursue different alternatives for creative product

| Qualifications: | Bachelor or Master's Degree Graphic designer with a history of print/graphic design, corporate and trade show presentation, web aesthetics, and copywriting. - Must be an effective project leader, a clear communicator and consensus builder, highly organized, very detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Adobe CS 5 (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign). Familiarity with WordPress and Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint is a plus.
- Experience developing collateral while following corporate guidelines
- A good knowledge of aesthetics and sales (will push the envelope creatively but knows what will sell and meet the needs of the client's campaign objectives).
