| Description: | Responsible for product costing, capital budgeting and fixed asset management. Produce various analyses and reports to support company profitability. Involvement in cross-functional teams and projects. |
| Duties: | - In-depth knowledge of our product line
· Involvement in ECO, procurement and manufacturing processes Capital budgeting, cost estimates, and CEA approval process
· Accurate "Fully burdened" product costing Product cost maintenance (standard costing)
Production MRP cost rollups & analysis
Fixed Asset tracking and depreciation absorption Cost-increase impact analysis (including commodity tracking)
System audits and integrity checks
Review margin reports for costing issues· Year-end audit schedules and duties · Systems (MRP/BOM, RM/FG, BNA FA, Excel tools) & documentation
· SQL + Excel reports · Subsidiary pro-forma for "cost plus" pricing as well as "make vs buy" · Manufacturing efficiency measures |
| Qualifications: | · BA Degree in Accounting (good GPA) · 3 years manufacturing accounting experience · Experience with BOMs in ERP/MRP systems. · SQL reporting experience · Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, graphs) · Fixed asset accounting experience · Analytical skills / problem solver / detail oriented · Good written and verbal communication skills · Solid work ethic with focus on continuous improvement |
